ThePOTSGuide.io is a free educational resource about the U.S. POTS (Plain Old Telephone Service) line retirement. It is operated by Simplifi, a solution provider that specializes in POTS line replacement technology.

Form submissions are stored in Airtable, a cloud-based database platform. Access to your data is limited to authorized team members at Simplifi who need it to follow up on your inquiry.

If your inquiry progresses to an active engagement, your contact information may be transferred to our internal lead management system (Launchpad) for ongoing communication and project coordination.

Who we share your information with

We do not share your personal information with any other company. We use the following third-party services to operate this site and process submissions:

• Vercel — website hosting and serverless function execution.
• Airtable — secure storage of form submissions.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.

Your choices and rights

All form submissions on this site are voluntary. You can use the educational content (articles, explainer pages, quiz results) without providing any personal information.

If you have submitted your information and would like to request its deletion, correction, or a copy of what we have on file, contact us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days.

Data retention

We retain your information for as long as it is needed to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected — typically for the duration of any active engagement, plus a reasonable period afterward for follow-up. If you request deletion, we will remove your data from our systems within 30 days.
